Lemon Pasta Recipe


  • 1 Bag Lemon Stringozzi
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Zest from 1 Elmon
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whip Cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Chopped Okay)
  • Basil or Flat Leaf Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Toasted Pine Nuts


  1. Salt Water & bring to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Once at a boil, place pasta in the water.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the Lemon Zest, Heavy Cream, and Parmesan Cheese until well mixed.
  4. While the pasta cooks, saute the Garlic in Olive Oil. Continue until the Garlic begins to brown.
  5. After the Garlic browns, mix the Lemon Zest/Cream/Cheese mixture into the Garlic and continue to stir.
  6. Save some of the pasta water in a measuring glass, strain the rest of the pasta.
  7. Slowly poor pasta water into the sauce until at desired texture.
  8. Toss the pasta and sauce together in the pan until fully mixed, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with Chopped Basil (or chopped Flat Leaf Parsley) and Toasted Pine Nuts.
