Apricots Dried, Extra Ripe

These extra ripe California dried apricots have fantastic flavor. They loose their shape when they are cut in half in preparation to be set out in the sun to dry.

Apricots are low in calories (about 580 in a pound) with high concentrations of vitamins. They are the best source of Vitamin A of any of our food products. They are also high in potassium, vitamin C and vitamin A. Apricots are a very good source of dietary fiber.
